The Amsterdam Aviation Collectors Fair 2023 is a 2 day event and will be held on 16 and 17 September 2023.

Important: if you request tables/spaces for our show via the registration form below you agree to attend and actively occupy your tables/spaces for 2 days AND agree to abide by the house rules. Because of organisational reasons we cannot make any exceptions!

Prices and options are mentioned in the registration form.

Prices for 2 days: Front table (200x80 cm) €50, Back table (200x80 cm) €35. Front tables are the tables placed at the aisle. Maximum number of front tables is 3 and for the back tables the same maximum: 3 tables. Back tables are tables placed behind you or attached to a front table (you may decide, as long as it does not bother your fellow exhibitors). Spaces (200 x 200 cm) are €45 and come without a table, so you bring your own tables/products to fill your space.
