Registration Form Exhibitors AACF 2024

The Amsterdam Aviation Collectors Fair 2024 is a 1 day event and will be held on 18 Februari 2024.

This year we have the possibility to book 2 different table sizes: 140×70 cm and 200×80 cm (the size we used in our previous shows). Please note that it is only possible to choose the table combinations mentioned in the dropdown menu. Prices and options are mentioned in the registration form.
What you choose is a preference, we will assign the final number of tables/spaces to you after we have looked at how it fits in our floor plan.

PLEASE BE AWARE:

1 TABLE IS 1 FREE ENTRANCE, MORE TABLES IS MAXIMUM 2 FREE ENTRANCES. UNFORTUNATELY WE CANNOT MAKE EXCEPTIONS ON THIS!!
If you request tables for our show via the registration form below you agree to attend and actively occupy your tables from the start of the show untill the end of the show AND agree to abide by the house rules.

Because of organisational reasons we cannot make any exceptions!

Prices for 1 day: Front table 140x70 cm €30,00 or 200x80 cm €45. Back table 140x70 cm €20,00 or 200x80 cm €30. Front tables are the tables placed at the aisle. Maximum number of front tables is 3 and for the back tables the same maximum: 3 tables. Table sizes cannot be combined, either you choose tables with length 140 cm long or 200 cm long. Back tables are tables placed behind you or attached to a front table (you may decide, as long as it does not bother your fellow exhibitors).
